By requesting a quote or commissioning work from Pennington Woodworks, you agree to these terms. All custom builds are one-of-a-kind creations produced per your specifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
A 50% deposit is required to begin a project. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Payment methods include cash, check, or electronic transfer. Delivery and installation are not included unless specified.
Rush orders or custom modifications may incur additional fees. All prices are in USD.
Custom projects typically require 4-8 weeks depending on complexity. You'll receive progress updates throughout the build. Delivery within the Hot Springs area is included; outside areas may require additional arrangements.
I'm a craftsman first, not a production line. Quality and precision take time. If you need a faster timeline, discuss this when requesting a quote.
All pieces are built to last. I stand behind my craftsmanship and will repair any construction defects within 1 year of delivery.
Handmade wood pieces require care. I provide care instructions with each delivery. Damage from improper care, weather exposure, or misuse is not covered under warranty.
Once work begins, the project deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is refundable minus any materials already purchased.
If I need to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be refunded in full.
